Your credit card is charged on the day of your reservation or between one or two days before, depending on the day and time of the week of your booking.
Our fuel policy is “Same-Same”. The client will pick up the vehicle with a atleast 1/4 deposit, and return it with the same amount, without having to pay a deposit for it.
In any case, if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than agreed, the customer must pay the amount of missing fuel plus a supplement of €20.
The return of the pre-authorization of the excess on your credit card can range between 14 and 31 days depending on internal transaction volumes and the credit card issuer bank
You will find the car on the 6th floor of the parking building located in front of the Airport Terminal, on row H/H, with a sign with your name clearly visible on the windshield (interior rearview mirror), to facilitate your search.
To open the car, in the driver’s window you will find a lock box containing the car key.
The parking ticket and the rental contract will be inside the car. Remember that you must pay the parking ticket before leaving: The ATMs for payment are located on the 3rd and 4th floor, next to the elevators.
On the day you return the car, please DO NOT follow the signs indicating “RENTAL CAR RETURN”.
Please make sure to go to the public parking entrance in front of the terminal. Then you can take the ticket and go up to the 6th floor to leave the car on row H/H.
You have to leave the parking ticket visible on the dashboard of the car and the vehicle key in the safe box that we have provided when you pick up the car.
The client will pay the costs of the parking ticket at Palma airport at the time of collection. The maximum amount of the ticket will be €5, if the client picks up the car within the communicated hours, the client has the right to claim the difference in the amount paid that exceeds €5. For deliveries between 22:00. – 8:00 a.m., the parking ticket can be up to €24. Once the car is returned, Arash rent a car will pay the airport parking exit ticket.
The transport of goods or animals can only be with the express consent of Rent a Car Arash SL.
Smoking is not allowed inside our vehicles.
The vehicle can only be used on the island of Mallorca and the client must carry the rental contract inside the vehicle at all times.
We only accept credit cards. VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX cards are accepted. Both the Excess charges and their elimination must always be paid with credit cards.
Cancellations without penalty must be made by email or directly on our website at least 96 hours in advance of the start of the rental, which will be understood as 08:00 a.m. on the first day.
Otherwise the following will apply:
– Between 96 and 72 hours, 25% of the total agreed price will be paid.
– Between 72 and 48 hours, 50% of the total agreed price will be paid.
– Between 48 and 24 hours, 75% of the total agreed price will be paid.
– Less than 24 hours, 100% of the total agreed price will be paid.
The minimum age is 25 years old with two years of driving license expirience or 21 years old with the following conditions:
“Young driver” insurance for drivers between 21 – 24 years of age: €12/day
You can rent a car up to the age of 75, from that age we offer the following insurance:
“Senior driver” insurance for drivers aged 76-88: €12/day
